Visit to the Brain Museum at NIMHANS
On 22nd October 2024, students of Grade 12 had a unique opportunity to visit the Neuropathology Brain Museum at NIMHANS, Bangalore. The insightful educational trip offered students a deep understanding of neuroanatomy and brain health through interactive and hands-on learning exchanges. Highlights of the visit included a live neuroanatomy demonstration, where students could examine and touch real human brain specimens. Led by expert faculty from the Human Brain Bank, they also participated in a guided tour of the Human Brain Museum, studying various diseased brains.
The visit sparked curiosity and lots of questions on complex neurological concepts!
