French Day 2024-2025: Cheese Tasting Delights!
As part of our French Day celebrations on 16th July 2024, students of Grades 7 to 10 at NAFL were treated to a delightful and immersive experience—an interactive session on French Artisanal Cheeses. Renowned French cheesemaker, Monsieur Valentin Melchior, shared insights into the art of cheese-making, followed by a curated cheese tasting experience.
Students had the opportunity to sample a variety of artisan cheeses including Cremion, Feta, Kempe Gouda, Cambrie, and Tomme De Bengaluru, paired with fruits, nuts, relishes, and artisanal bread. The session was both educational and engaging, offering a unique blend of language learning and cultural enrichment.
