Onam Celebrations – A Blooming Tradition
The spirit of Onam came alive at NAFL on 13th September 2024 as our Early Years children arrived in striking traditional Kerala attire, of white, gold, and sparkles. The young learners brought fresh flowers from home and enthusiastically took part in a colourful Pookolam adventure, a traditional floral design, in the school premises.
Our Associate Principals set off the celebrations with a ceremonial lamp lighting, symbolising knowledge, laughter and prosperity. It was a heartwarming display of culture and unity, offering the little ones a joyful introduction to the rich traditions of Onam.
