Divaa Uthkarsha, NAFL’s Head Girl, Class of 2026, founded Project Surya while still in Middle School — an initiative born from compassion and a deep belief that no child should face Type 1 Diabetes without support. Her remarkable journey has already included a TEDx talk, an international impact award, and university offers from 16 institutions across the world, with scholarships totalling nearly $1,000,000, including one full ride.

Now, at just 17, Divaa has been named to the Forbes 30 Under 30 Asia 2026 list, becoming the youngest in her category. Recognised for her work as the Founder of Project Surya, Divaa continues to inspire with her purpose, leadership, and impact.
